Your happiness matters to us. Because our pickles are perishable food, we handle returns a little differently from other products — please read this carefully.

Damaged, leaked, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item and packaging.

Change of mind

As a food product sealed for safety and hygiene, opened jars cannot be returned for a change of mind. If something isn’t right with your order, talk to us — we’ll always try to help.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Prepaid refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, we’ll arrange a refund to your preferred method.
