We hand-pack every order in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh and ship across India through reputed courier partners. Because each jar is made to order in the hills, our timelines are longer than typical e-commerce — the wait is part of what makes it good.

Dispatch & delivery

Every jar is made to order in Village Shim, Kullu (Himachal Pradesh) — please allow at least 4 weeks from order to doorstep.

• Preparation: about 10 days. Each batch is pickled fresh and rested before packing.
• Delivery: about 2 weeks across India after dispatch.
• Weather and natural conditions in the hills (heavy rain, snow, road closures) can occasionally delay preparation or pickup — if your order is affected, we’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp.
• Remote pincodes may take longer; we’ll confirm serviceability before your order is finalised.

Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping above a threshold from time to time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll share a tracking link over WhatsApp or email so you can follow it to your door.

Packaging

Jars are sealed and cushioned for transit. Pickles are shelf-stable and need no cold chain. If a jar arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
