We hand-pack every order in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh and ship across India through reputed courier partners. Because each jar is packed to order, please allow a little time for dispatch.

Dispatch & delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote pincodes may take longer; we’ll confirm serviceability before your order is finalised.

Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping above a threshold from time to time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll share a tracking link over WhatsApp or email so you can follow it to your door.

Packaging

Jars are sealed and cushioned for transit. Pickles are shelf-stable and need no cold chain. If a jar arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
